What is WIFI?

Wi-Fi, also know as 'wireless broadband', 'wireless networking' or 'wireless fidelity', simply means broadband without the wires.

The advantage of small, portable devices like laptops and PDA's is that they can be used anywhere around the house, but if you want to access the internet on them too you'll need a Wi-Fi transmitter.

Once you've got Wi-Fi, you can access the web anywhere in the house on any computer!

What about other costs?

After buying and installing a suitable Wireless Access Point your on going costs will be to a Broadband supplier.

This could be ADSL or Cable from companies such as BT or Virgin Media.

Can I use my existing broadband?

Yes. Our Wireless Access Points will work with an existing Broadband supplier.

Be sure to set us know if you you want a Cable, ADSL or other compatible Access point, or contact us for clarification.
